The request of the Petitioner for granting him benefit of remission in pursuance of Government Resolution dated 3rd June, 2017 has been considered by the Government and the said request is rejected in view of the opinion given by the learned Judge of the Trial Court that, the Petitioner is not entitled for remission.

We have perused the entire opinion given by the Trial Court. We find no error in it.

In view thereof, Application is dismissed.
