P.C.: 1] This is an application for seeking permission to serve the respondent No.1 by way of substitute service, by issuing public notice in Marathi daily newspaper 'Pudhari'.
2] The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, on earlier three occasions, the petitioner tried to serve the petition upon the respondent No.1, however, service could not be effected on him. He submitted that, the bailiff has submitted a report that, the respondent No.1 was not found at the address mentioned in the cause title of the petition.
3] In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4] Applicant is directed to effect the service upon the 1/2
