By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 88 days in filing first appeal. No affidavit in reply is filed by any of the respondents. Delay is explained in paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of the civil application. Delay of 88 days in filing first appeal is condoned. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
