The Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.I-453 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 408, 420 of IPC. Apart from delay of about four months in lodging the FIR, what could be noticed is that there is hardly any material to infer that an applicant who was -ex-employee was given certain material either to install at customers' places or for sale by the Complainant. There are no delivery memos on record of the investigating agency to infer entrustment of the property in the Applicant. In my opinion, case for bail is made out. The Applicant shall be released on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. He shall attend the police station on 26th and 27th December, 2016 between 10 a.m. to 12 noon Shivgan 1/2
