Learned counsel for the Appellant on the instructions of the Appellant states that the Appellant does not wish to pursue the aforesaid Appeal filed against acquittal of the Respondent for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. He states that parties have amicably settled their dispute, and as such the Appellant does not wish to proceed with the Appeal.
