The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Sagar Joshi in view of the compromise terms filed in the suit in question being Special Civil Suit No.136 of 2002 which compromise terms have been accepted by the Trial Court by order dated 18.08.2015 seeks withdrawal of the above Petition. The Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The compromise terms dated 17.08.2015 as also the certified copies of orders dated 17.08.2015 and 18.08.2015 passed by the 3rd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane, recording the compromise are taken on record and marked as "X' for identification.
