This Application is moved for seeking permission to travel abroad. The applicant/accused is granted anticipatory bail by an order dated 3rd February, 2014 of this Court.

The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that the applicant/accused wants to travel to Italy for business purpose from 11th April, 2016 to 18th April, 2016. He submitted that earlier also the applicant was given permission to travel abroad at different places. 4.

Learned APP submitted that the applicant/accused should give the 1 / 2

In view of this and considering that earlier permission was given to the applicant to travel abroad and he returned back, permission granted to the applicant/accused to travel Italy from 11th April, 2016 to 18th April, 2016. The applicant/accused to give his itinerary as to where he is going to stay and thereafter on his return he must report the police station on or before 15th April, 2016.
