The applicant / appellant, who is undergoing sentence in Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik has addressed a letter to the Registrar of this Court to the effect that the Advocate engaged by him namely, Mr. Pankaj Kawale, is not attending the dates fixed by the Court for hearing. Request is, therefore, made to appoint the advocate from the legal aid panel. 2.

In the light of the contents of the letter addressed by the applicant / appellant to the Registrar of this Court, we appoint Advocate Ms. Devyani Hemant Kulkarni to represent the appellant in appeal. 3.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
