While hearing the present Criminal Application on 9th April 2018, this Court issued certain directions, as it was not brought to the notice of this Court that the services of Interpreter were taken while recording the evidence of victim girl who is deaf and dumb. 2.

In this view of the matter, the observations made by this court in para nos. 4, 6 and 7 stand recalled.
