Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Police Sub-Inspector Mr.C.D. Dalvi attached to Malad Police Station, submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime police have submitted chargesheet on 12th April 2019 in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 24th Court, Borivali, Mumbai, bearing CC No. 1682/PW/2019.

In view thereof, Petitioner is having substantive alternate remedy by way of filing an application for discharge before the Trial Court. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed off by reserving the said liberty in favour of the Petitioner.
