The Petition is filed for seeking direction to the Respondent to register Crime on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 14th July, 2014 at Exhibit-'A'.

The learned APP on instructions makes a statement that copy of the said complaint is misplaced. She also states that if the Petitioner remains present before the Incharge Officer of the MIDC Megha 1/2
Megha 19_wp_1202_2015.doc Police Station alongwith the copy of the complaint, his grievance would be looked into and appropriate decision would be taken within a period of seven days from the date on which the Petitioner appears before the said police station. The Petitioner undertakes to remain present before the said police station alongwith the copy of the complaint on 9.5.2017 at 11.00 a.m.

In the light of above, nothing survives in the Petition. Same is accordingly disposed of.
