These are applications for expediting hearing of Criminal Appeal No.889 of 2011. The applicant is the original complainant. The Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 were prosecuted for offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. Vide judgment and order dated 10th May, 2011 the accused were by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

25. Ia-411-2020-in-Apeal-889-2011.doc acquitted. This appeal is pending in this Court since 2011. The cheque was dishonoured in 2009.

In the aforesaid circumstances, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the appeal challenging the judgment of acquittal may be listed for final hearing. It is also submitted that, in accordance with order dated 9th February, 2022, notice has been given to the Advocate representing Respondent Nos. 2 to 4. The copy of the notice along with postal acknowledgment is taken on record.

In these circumstances, both the appeals be added to the final hearing board dated 28th March, 2022. 4.

Both Interim Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
