P.C.:- We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as the Petitioner's Revision dated 18 November 2011 is not yet decided, though they have earlier decided the Review on 8 August 2011. Therefore, by keeping all points open, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition with directions to the concerned Authority of the State Government to decide Revision dated 18 November 2011 in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within 3 months from today. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
