It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to the order dated 12th January 2024, a communication was issued to the petitioner no.1 on 18th January 2024 calling upon the petitioner no.1 to instruct the counsel accordingly. Though this communication has been served on the petitioner no.1, there is no response. The learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to file on record affidavit-of-service within one week from today. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs. 3.
