907 caw847-18.doc This Application is preferred by Respondent no.4 in disposed of Writ Petition No.9641 of 2015 for direction to the Respondent no.5 to communicate to the concerned parties, the final order passed by him in the inquiry initiated pursuant to the notice dated 13.08.2015. It is to be noted that in the present proceedings, the Applicant already filed Applications dated 06.02.2017 and 04.10.2017 in the office of Divisional Commissioner for communication of the said order. Both the Applications are pending for hearing on its own merits. Considering these facts, the present Civil Application can be disposed of with a direction to the concerned authorities to decide the Applicants Applications / representations on its own merits. Hence, following order is passed:

a) Respondent No.5, Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division is directed to decide the Applicant's Applications / representations dated 06.02.2017 and 04.10.2017 on its own merits after hearing both the sides as early as possible, but in any case within four weeks from the receipt of copy of this order.

b) Civil application stands disposed of accordingly with these directions.
