This civil application is filed by the appellant-wife seeking stay against the execution and implementation of the judgment of the Family Court granting a decree of divorce to the respondent-husband. In an affidavit dated 8th April, 2019 filed by the husband in Civil Application No.103 of 2019 he has declared that, after waiting for the appeal period, he has remarried. In that view of the matter, no question of stay arises.
