In pursuance of our oral directions, learned APP has produced photocopy of medical report of Petitioner dated 16th January 2023, duly signed by Medical Officer, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kolhapur. It is stated therein that, presently condition of Petitioner is clinically stable. That, provisions have been made for the Petitioner to take him to Government CPR Hospital, Kolhapur if needed in future. Copy of report is taken on record.

In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner as of today does not survive.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
