1) Learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that the appellant shall deposit rent at the rate of Rs14,300/- per month from 28th February, 2019 till February, 2022 within four weeks from today in the Registry of this Court. Statement is accepted as an Undertaking to this Court.

2) Once the rent is deposited, the plaintiff shall withdraw the same.

3) In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the Appeal. Appeal is disposed of.
