The above Family Court Appeal is pending hearing and final disposal and is at item 230 of the final hearing board. Mentioned out of turn in view of the fact that the Respondent wife has expired. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant husband Mr. Gangal states that the Respondent wife has expired on 12-4-2016. He tenders the death certificate dated 26-5-2016 in support thereof. The Learned Counsel for the Respondent does not dispute the position. The above Family Court Appeal being directed against the decree passed by the Family Court thereby dismissing the Petition for grant of divorce, has on account of the death of the Respondent wife turned infructuous and is therefore disposed of as having turned infructuous.
