This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition No. 1913 of 2019 which was dismissed for non compliance of self operative Order dated 6th January 2022.

There is a delay of 58 days in preferring the present Application. 2.

Perusal of application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and for restoration of Writ Petition. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the present Application, delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b).

Applicant is directed to remove all Office objections, if not removed prior to this, within a period of three weeks from today as a last chance, failing which the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
