Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application as the trial has commenced. He states that the trial of the applicant be expedited, considering the fact that the applicant is aged 19 years and has been languishing in jail since December, 2015. 2.

Learned APP has no objection if the trial is expedited. 3.

Considering the fact that trial has commenced and the
