The Registry reports that the Appeal was admitted on 13th September 2004. On 26th April 2010 the Advocate for the Appellant, Mr ST Purohit, sought to withdraw the Appeal as against Respondents Nos. 2 and 5 as both the Respondents have complied with the decree by issuing duplicate shares in favour of the Appellant. A copy of that letter is on file.

That leaves the question what order is required to be passed in respect of Respondents Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 6. None appears for the Appellant.
