Petitioner will be at liberty to file appropriate Application before the trial Court for the same, if so advised and as may be permissible under the provisions of law.

In the event, such an application is filed by the Petitioner, the trial Court is requested to decide the same as per its own merits and as per the provisions of law, without being influenced by the fact that, this Court has permitted Petitioner to file such an application. 4.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
