Matter is moved before this Court by way of praceipe. In view of urgency, order is passed on praceipe itself.

Learned counsel for the applicants invited our attention to an order passed by this Court dated 25th April, 2022 in Criminal Application No. 393 of 2022. It was brought to the notice of this Court that an order was passed by the Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and revision application was also filed before the revisional court. It was submitted before this Court that the applicant was protected by way of an interim order. When the

learned counsel for the applicant prayed for interim order by making reference to all these necessary details, the prayer for interim direction was rejected by this Court. Now the learned counsel for the applicant submits that recently the revision application is also dismissed by the revisional court. Learned counsel for the applicant prayed for interim order.

Considering the fact that the revision is dismissed and now the order passed by the Magistrate which is confirmed is the only subject matter. We are not inclined to entertain the petition.

Learned counsel for the applicant at this stage prayed for withdrawal of the application with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy as available under law if so advised to the applicant.

At the request of the learned counsel appearing for applicant, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with a liberty as prayed for.

All concerned shall act upon a copy of this

order which is duly authenticated by the Registry of this Court.
