FINAL ORDER:- Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition in view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 3, based upon the earlier Judgments and orders in similarly placed matters that- "Respondent No. 3 will pay to the Petitioners monthly salary in the pay scale prescribed for Gramsevaks and also will pay the arrears of salary of Gramsevaks from the date of completion of three years, in view of the Judgment and Order dated 2 September 2015 in Writ Petition No. 7435 of 2015 passed by the 1/2

ssm 2 906-wp3466.17.sxw Bombay High Court (Bench at Aurangabad: R.M. Borde and P.R. Bora, JJ.) They would approve the services of the Petitioners provisionally subject to production of Caste Validity Certificate, as per paragraph 4 of the said Judgment".

Considering the fact that the Petitioners' caste claims are still pending with the Divisional Caste Verification and Scrutiny Committee, Thane-Respondent No.2, we direct to decide the said claim as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today, in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty. No costs.
