1] We take the affidavit dated 2nd May 2017 of the Collector and District Magistrate on record.
2] On a reading thereof, we are satisfied that the Collector and District Magistrate has not on his own withdrawn the order passed on 14th February 2017 under Section 14(1) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act). That order still stands and will be enforced and implemented the moment proceedings before the Supreme Court of India come to an end. That is an assurance given to this Court on affidavit, which we accept an undertaking to this 1/2
skc 2 906-WP-3639-17.sxw Court. The affidavit also clarifies that the order under Section 14(1) is neither interfered with nor its operation, implementation is stayed or postponed in any manner.
