This application is for extension of time to deposit the amount in Tribunal as per order dated 16.01.2015 passed by this Court in Civil Application no. 5015 of 2009.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order.

a) Four weeks time is extended from today to comply the order dated 16.01.2015 in Civil Application no. 5015 of 2009.

b) Liberty granted to the respondents claimants to prefer appropriate application for withdrawal of amount, if they so desire, and that application will be decided on its own merits. c) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
