The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner does not dispute that on 31st March, 2015 a Special General Body Meeting was held and eight members of the Standing Committee have been elected. In view of this development, considering the substantive prayers (a) and (b), the Petition does not survive.

The issue whether the appointment of the members of Standing Committee could have been made in a Special General Body Meeting is expressly kept open. In fact, all contentions which are raised by the petitioner are kept open.
