Mr.Bhavke, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 confirms that as stated in paragraph 4 of the civil application, the dispute between parties has been settled and consent terms are to be filed. It would be appropriate that the Writ Petition is restored to file. In the circumstances having heard learned counsel respondent nos.2 and 3 and learned AGP and having perused civil application, I pass the following order :
