In the execution proceedings, the Executing Court has directed the decree holder to deposit an amount of Rs.13,00,000/- based on the consent decree.

As far as the aforesaid order is concerned, I hardly see any convincing reason to draw an inference that the same is adverse to the interest of the petitioner. The intention of the Executing Court is to secure the amount. That being so, no case for interference is made out.

The petition as such stands dismissed.
