Heard the Petitioner in person and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents finally at admision stage itself. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents has opposed the review on all counts and relied upon the judgment in Kamlesh Verma v. Mayawati & ors reported in 2013 All SCR 3411. After considering the review petition, based upon even the 1/2

dgm 2 901-rpw-71-2016-in chamber.sxw ground so raised in the review petition, we see no sufficient reason and case is made out to review order/judgment dated 16 February 2016 which was passed after considering the same submissions and the material placed on record including the law so referred therein. There is no mistake or error apparent on the face of record. In view of above, Review Petition is rejected. There shall be no order as to costs.
