By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the F.I.R, registered vide C.R. No.05 of 2022, with the Economic Offence Wing, Nashik, for the alleged offences punishable under sections 406, 409, 420, 464, 465, 467, 471, 120-B r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of the aforesaid petition, the Police have filed an "A Summary" report as against some of the accused and a "169 report" as against three accused. Learned Counsel for the petitioners has tendered a copy of the Final Report submitted by the Police dated 5th January, 2023. The same is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid petition. Petition is accordingly disposed of. 4.

Needless to state that the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition, if an occasion so arises in future, with respect to the same C.R.
