The learned Public Prosecutor has tendered across the bar the report prepared and signed by Prison Officer Grade-I, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune-6. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. From perusal of the contents of the said report, it appears that the Petitioner has been released 27/05/2017.
