DATE :- 27TH APRIL, 2018 P. C. :- The learned counsel appearing for the Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation states that a representation would be made by the Commissioner, Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation to the Commissioner of Police, Thane for providing police protection to the Petitioner herein. The learned counsel further states that to the said representation, a duty list of the Petitioner would be annexed. If any such representation is made within two weeks from date, the Commissioner of Police, Thane may consider the said representation and take a decision thereon within two weeks thereafter.
