1] By the present Application, the Applicant seek earlier hearing of the Appeal, which is pending for hearing.

The urgency expressed is that, the Applicant has undergone the sentence of 6 years and 5 months, on being convicted under the provisions of POCSO Act and and sentenced to suffer 20 years of Rigorous Imprisonment.

2] Since the Record and Proceedings with Paperbook is received, and Respondent No.2 is also represented through the the counsel, I deem it appropriate to list the Appeal for hearing on 02.05.2023 at the bottom of admission board.
