Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. The learned counsel appearing for the opponent opposes the application. Delay is of 25 days. The Appeal is directed against the drastic order passed by the learned Judge of the Family Court directing the applicant to undergo simple imprisonment for 30 days. Therefore, by adopting a liberal and justice oriented approach, the delay will have to be condoned. Accordingly the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a). Place the Appeal under the caption of "Fresh Admission" on 4th May, 2016.
