We have heard this matter for some time. Learned counsel for the petitioners seek leave of the court for withdrawal of Digitally signed by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

We dispose of the petitions as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Meanwhile, we make it clear that the reply shall be filed within one week from the date of the order without insisting upon any document from the employer and, if the reply is filed within the stipulated time appropriate decision thereon shall be taken after giving personal hearing to the petitioners within a period of 4 weeks from the date of filing of the reply and decision so taken be communicated to the petitioners. Till the decision is taken no further action shall be taken in pursuance of communication dated 11/3/2022.
