At the outset, Mr. Singh, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that Charge-sheet is not yet filed and therefore seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after the filing of the Charge-sheet before the learned Trial Court.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court after the filing of Charge-sheet.
