This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by order dated 6.5.2014. The condition No.3 in the said order dated 6.5.2014 reads as under:

"After availing the bail, all the applicants shall attend the office of the Investigating Agency on every Sunday between 10.00 to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of the trial."

2) Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is a public servant and there is no likelihood of his abscondance during the pendency of the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant drew my attention to the order passed in the case of the co-accused wherein said condition has also been relaxed. Learned APP. for the State fairly submits that in view of the order passed by

3) In view of the above, the said condition No.3 in order dated 6.5.23014 is modified and the applicant is hereby directed to attend the Crime Branch Unit I, Thane on first Monday of each month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms,.
