We are not inclined to issue a Writ of Mandamus as sought for, whereby the consequence will be that the Respondent No. 5-teacher, who is working with the Respondent-School for more than 12 years would now be shifted. Ultimately we have to keep in mind the wider perspective of education to be imparted and the impact on the education imparted in the school.

The Petitioner seems to have made certain representations to the authority. It is for the authority to take a decision thereupon. 3.
