Counsel for the petitioner on instructions made a motion for withdrawal of the petition.

The petition as such stands disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

However, it is clarified that in case, if the evidence of plaintiff is closed, qua the right of the petitioner to cross-examine said witness, it shall be open for her to approach the Court below with a prayer for cross-examination of the plaintiff' s witness.

This liberty is granted in the backdrop of the observations of the Court below in the order dated 17th January, 2022 passed below Exh.102.
