The amount as per the Award is already deposited as submitted on behalf of the Appellant. So, according to them, no further amount remains to be deposited. They do not want to prosecute this Appeal any more. Hence, the Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

The amount, if not already withdrawn by the Respondents, they are at liberty to withdraw the amount along with the accrued interest. 4.

Refund of Court fees as per the Rules.

Let the Office to transfer the amount of statutory deposit along with accrued interest, if any, to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal ["MACT"] - Baramati and the MACT - Baramati is directed to disburse this amount to the Claimants as per the apportionment already done. 6.
