After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this Application, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Application.

Permission is granted. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. However, it is clarified that this withdrawal shall not come in the way of the Applicant to pursue the remedy of his Regular Bail Deshmane(PS)

Learned counsel for the Applicant shall give advance notice to the investigating officer about hearing of the Bail Application and the investigating officer shall inform the informant about the Bail Application which the Applicant may prefer.
