Applicant has contended that, without his consent/ permission, an Advocate has been appointed to represent him before this Court. He, therefore, prays that, he may be permitted to argue his matter in person.

In view of the Order passed in Interim Application No. 1649 of 2019, though we are inclined to permit Appellant to argue the matter, we are not discharging Mr. Mali, learned Advocate who has been appointed by the Legal Aid Committee to represent Appellant, as his assistance for final adjudication of the present Appeal which involves questions of law, is necessary.
