1] After arduing for some time, Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the notice dated 30th December 2015, Exh."H" to the petition before the appropriate authority/forum in accordance with law. Counsel for petitoner further submits that the petitioner has not been supplied a coy of the order mentioned in the said notice. Suffice it to say that it is open to the petitioner to apply for certified copy of the order referred to in the petition.
