By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of the Look-Out Circular issued against the petitioner at the instance of the respondent No.1 - Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai. 1/3

Learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 state that the parties i.e. the petitioner and the respondent No.3 have amicably settled their dispute i.e. C.R.No. 83 of 2022, registered with the Santacruz Police Station (subsequently transferred to Juhu Police Station), for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471, 120B r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered a copy of the order dated 20th June, 2023, passed in Writ Petition No. 1550 of 2023, by which, this Court (Coram : Nitin W. Sambre & R.N. Laddha, JJ.) allowed the petition and quashed the aforesaid C.R. as against the petitioner. The said copy of the order dated 20th June, 2023 is taken on record.

It is not in dispute that the LOC was issued at the instance of respondent No.1, pursuant to the registration of the aforesaid FIR 2/3

as against the petitioner. Since the C.R. has been quashed, the question of continuation of LOC would not arise. 5.

Learned APP, on instructions of API Vishal Nazare, attached to Juhu Policle Station, Mumbai, states that the Police have already taken steps for withdrawing LOC issued at their instance. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
