Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State.

By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the order dated

27.02.2015 passed by this Court (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere, J.) in Cri. B.A.No.372 of 2015. By the said order, the applicant was enlarged on bail on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that despite bail being granted to the applicant vide order dated 27.02.2015, the applicant is unable to get solvent sureties till date and hence, is languishing in jail.

He submits that the said condition be modified and the applicant be released on provisional cash bail or the surety bond be reduced to Rs.15,000/-.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the order dated 27.02.2015 is modified to the extent that the applicant shall now be released on bail in connection with C.R.No.503

of 2014 registered with the Bandra Police Station, on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. It is made clear, that as far as rest of the conditions are concerned, the same shall continue to remain.

The Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
