This is an application preferred by the revision applicant in Criminal Application No.2155 of 2004. Original application has been admitted by this Court and is pending for final hearing. He submitted that the applicant is aged about 72 years and hence prayed that the matter be listed for hearing. The applicant had earlier preferred Criminal Application No.111 of 2006, in this Court. By order dated 7th March, 2006, this Court have expedited the hearing of the said application, which was admitted on 9th March, 2005.
