By this First Appeal, the Appellant Insurance Company is challenging judgment and award dated 22.08.2014 passed by Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, at Pune in Claim Application No.678 of 2011 holding that the respondents claimants are entitled to compensation of Rs. 16,72,600/- with interest at the rate of 7% p.a. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for Appellant and the impugned judgment and award, I Najeeb 1
