The writ jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the notice dated 05/10/2015 passed by the Tahsildar and the Special Executive Magistrate, Vasai by which order the Petitioner has been asked to show cause as to why an amount Rs.2,58,85,640/- towards royalty charges with penalty of Rs.31,74,22,660.50 total amount of Rs.34,33,08,300.50 should not be recovered from the Petitioner for the illegal and unauthorized excavation of stone of 64714.10 brass.
The Petitioner without showing cause has directly approached this Court and invoked its writ jurisdiction. In my view, no case for exercise of the writ jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the Petitioner may show cause against the lgc
